Hi there!
My name is Laurie and I want to reconnect people with nature and the sea through visual arts and sustainable hand-made crafts.
Our world is full of treasures; animals, plants, trees, fungi, and they have guided the story of humanity since the beginning. But, whether it be through climate change, habitat loss, destructive development and industry, or invasive species, we are slowly losing them. The only way to save it all is by inspiring people to take action. So many people feel detached from nature as a part of themselves, only seeing it through a TV screen. How many people have you heard say "I'm not a nature person" ?
My mission is to change this belief and show everyone that nature is everywhere.
